Guided Bass Fishing
South Dakota Outfitters Unlimited Bass fishing trips can be custom designed to fulfill your desires. If you are looking for a fight, Lake Francis Case above the Fort Randall Dam is known to be one of the best areas for producing trophy Smallmouth Bass fishing in the central United States.
We have a large population of Walleyes and Smallmouth bass in the 1-4 lb range, with the chance of larger fish during the peak of the season.
What to Expect
Fishing in South Dakota is the perfect getaway, and we are not as far away as you might think. It is not uncommon to have a 50+ catch day from early March to June. Our team provides the very best fishing boats on the market. We take great pride in satisfying customers. We will do everything in our power to make sure you have an enjoyable and memorable vacation.
We fish woods and shallows in the early spring using spinners, crank bait, and plastic grubs. In June, we start fishing the weed beds and other structures using plastic worms, jigs, and crank bait.
Peak Season for Bass Fishing on Lake Francis Case: Smallmouth Bass: April-June, September-November
Large Mouth Bass: April-October

What our Guests are Saying

Beautiful lodge with fantastic accommodations, food, and atmosphere. Amanda and Joel are very accommodating and nice people. The hunting trips were fantastic with many fields to choose from that were groomed for the perfect hunt. Our guide, Todd, was great and the four hunting dogs were wonderful. Perfect place for any outdoor hunting enthusiast.

I would highly recommend South Dakota Outfitters. The lodge is amazing with all the amenities you would want. The guides worked extremely hard to make sure all of our hunts were a success. Great people.
