What to Expect

We are equipped for the habitats and weather conditions that make for prime waterfowl hunting. For field hunts, we utilize mobile A-frame blinds in cornfields. As conditions change, we adjust our setup to match the birds, the habitat, and the weather, using the transportation, equipment, and cover needed to position hunters where the birds are working.

What time is check in?
arrow icon

For hunting or fishing, there is not a specific check in time, although later afternoon is best. It is not necessary to coordinate your arrival unless it will be after supper has ended.

With your package, you are arriving the night before your trip starts. Supper is available by 6:30 pm, if you choose to be included, generally lasting about an hour.

Daily departure times vary. Pheasant hunts start at/after 10:00 am, so if you don’t have a fishing/duck excursion in the morning, you can relax and leisurely enjoy breakfast. Weather conditions determine feasibility of open-water fishing.

Details will be provided during a casual orientation on the night of your arrival.

Is transportation provided?

I had an amazing trip. Took my son as it was his final week of freedom before reporting to college. It was the slow season, so the lodge didn't have many people. But the place was immaculate. To me, actions speak louder than words. Joel was working his tail off non-stop. Extremely honest and hard working young man. Our guided trip was with Todd. Once again. Hard working, very impressed. Likeable guy who put us directly on the fish. Man people out there not getting anything and we had our limit by 8:30am. Todd put the lures in front of the fish. It was amazing. I highly recommend them.
